The sun came out early Saturday morning in what looked to be a promising day for Rylee's first Easter Egg Hunt. Mom and Dad dragged themselves out of bed early to get ready for the big morning.Mom goes into Rylee's room and whispers to her if she wants to go find Easter eggs that the Easter Bunny had hidden while she slept. She immediately sits up in bed exclaiming, "Eager Bunny, Eager Bunny!" With that enthusiasm, she was up and ready to go in a flash.
The hunt was a successful one, as Rylee collected 6 eggs and some candy. Luke of course, was cheering her on from the sidelines (literally, he was squealing the whole time)! All was well and good as we headed back to the car, until the "scary clown" was spotted by the Ryleekins - but that's another story entirely...
